Query For Order Cancel

Hi,
Issue: Order cannot be cancelled as it is being processed. Try Later.

What are the cases when this issue is raised?

    I have checked the given link ..... but the in my case already placed LIMIT order is not cancelled.
    And, I have send request for cancellation after 2-3 min.

    Can you re-verify that you are using the correct order_id?
    Also, can you attach a complete error stack trace for this.

    Yes order id was correct.
    And I got this single line error: Order cannot be cancelled as it is being processed. Try Later.
