Yes, we are using Kite Connect API. POST back url is properly configured. As; it works fine in all cases; except in one case. The case is LMT order is placed; once it is completed; post back page is not called.

We just checked for LIMIT Pending order to the completed scenario and have received postback for the same as well. You need to check your postback setup.

1) Is this depend on exchange?
2) Can you please clear following small things:
a) Post back will be called when the LMT order is placed or, not?
b) At what status POST back will be called?

It doesn't depend on the exchange.
Postback is not called when a limit order is placed. It is only called when there is an update to that order like be it a modification or a trade.
Can you private message the client id, api_key, postback URL, and order ids? We will check and get back to you.
