i am not able to find any instrument which starts with NIFTY2162

Since this is the last Thursday of the month, you can only see the monthly instruments and not weekly ones.

Are you trying to look for a 24th Jun expiry weekly nifty contract?
If yes, then last Thursday of the month will be expiry for the monthly contract(here 24th June for NIFTY21JUNFUT). For the weekly nifty contract, you need to check for rest all weekly thurday expiry contract except last Thursday of the month.
