how early in the morning can i generate a KiteConnect access token?

i generated one successfully today at 7:15 AM but when i tried to use it at 9 am to make trades it gave me:
Insufficient permission for that call.

    Access token are flushed every day at 7:30 AM and new one is generated everyday at 7:35AM.So, better if you need to generate access token post 7:35 AM.

    Can we skip kite login process and put id/password directly through scripting? i mean dont want to put id and password through browser url.

    It is mandatory by the exchange that a trader has to log in at least once a day.
