Kite Publisher Plugin does not show order status
Any idea why the kite publisher plugin is not showing the order status. I am getting the post back calls, but nothing on the plugin. See the screenshot below:
Are you trying to place basket during off-market hours?
Does the status remain NULL post clicking on the Refresh Order status button as well?
Yes, I was trading off-market....hoping to test without actually placing orders. Clicking on the Refresh Order Status button does nothing.
Can you make a video and add more information about your set up? We didn't come across this issue.

for the complete workflow and issue with status update. We first create a basket and then send it to kite publisher where the user submits it. On submission, there is no status update.

Is this consistent or intermittent? Can you let us know at what time you tried?
We had tried this but couldn't reproduce. But again it could be because of off-market hours as you have mentioned above.
Yes, this is indeed off market-hours. Pretty much any time after 8pm IST.
