Historic data-Nifty spot data missing for few days time wise

1. I downloaded Historic data for Nifty 50 spot 5min in csv format I see that for following entries data is missing- Can you pls provide for this as this is creating gaps in data.
1) 23 Sep 2019 15:15 & 15:20 (2 entries)
2) 21 Feb 2017 11:05 to 11:35 (7 entries)
3) 22 Dec 2015 10:25, 10:30 & 10:30 (3 entries)
4) 7 Sep 2015 13:20 (1 entry)
I think being a paid service this should not be case, pls check and revert as my system depends on accuracy and integrity of data.

    5) 16 Jan 2016 whole data missing (75 entries)
    6) 19 Jan 2015 9:15, 9:20 (2 entries)
    7) 16 Mar 2015 9:15 to 9:30 (4 entries) also missing.

    its been 15 days since i have raised this issue. Data missing is serious issue , Need answer on this! Can this be done today???????????

    These are intra-day candles. The reconciliation of this data involves investigating multiple vendors and buying data from a vendor who has proper data. This may take some time.

    I think this a holiday.

    We have asked the data team to take a look at this.

    My subscription will be ending by 9 March 2020. Pls provide the missing data before that (even before that so that i can download for various scrips in time) . Pls understand that data is very much needed for my system hence i paid for the subscription even API module is not relevant for me but for Historic data I have done this.

    since my subscription will be ended by 9 March 2020 and if I dont get this issue resolved by then I would expect to get subscription extended with no further payment. Pls read and respond or give me call on my registered mobile number.

    I have written to kiteconnect(at)zerodha.com last week but no reply. Also Zerodha call center both numbers are not working. Any resolution on this or it will not happen at all???
    Data team has not given the resolution till now.
