Couldn't find that 'order_id' - kite.orderhistory

Hi,
I'm trying to fetch order details of an order that i had placed yesterday. I get an error that says it couldn't find the order.
The order id i got yesterday had 15 characters while the one that is currently in console is different completely and has 16 characters.
How can I get details of an order that I have placed in the past?

    We don't provide this feature through APIs for previous/historical order, you will have to manually check-in Console Order History

    FYI, the console gives you trade id and exchange order id.
