Kite Connect API's. I get the open positions value but they are not in real time

Hi,
I have purchased Kite Connect API's. I am able to get the open positions value but they are in not real time.
I am using the code mentioned in the below URL.

Aren't the Kite connect API's real time? If not then how can I get the real time value of my positions using API?
Also if there is delay in the values fetched then how much is the time delay ?

I am trying to get the lastPrice but its giving me the delayed values.
How can i get real time value of lastPrice for a open position?

You can use Websocket streaming to fetch live tick data including LTP, etc.
