These are not order_id but your tag field param. You need to DM us order_id's for which you didn't get a postback response. Also, mention your API key.
As we used Kite Publisher (Basket API) we will not received order_id
Ultimately all these orders(from all sources) are reflected in your Kite web orderbook. You can refer to your kite web order book for order-related details.
I am placing order on behalf of customer , hence I don't have access of customer's kite web order book. We are RIA compliant entity we provide the advisory services & various customer places order through our APP & we don't store users' Kite username & password. Is there any alternative method or API? Can u share ur number ?

If you are a platform then for compliance reasons you need to use Kite Publisher for placing order. You may use Kite Connect to fetch orderbook and other details since user would have already given permission to fetch those data for your app.

But what is the resolution for problem i have stated , Why we are not getting feeds in your postback ? this method we are using and its live , so i need resolution for this. It was working fine till 31st Dec , from 3rd of Jan we are facing these issues.

We can see that there are many timeouts. Kite Trade will make a post request with a timeout of 2 seconds, you need to respond and then do all your processing. If you don't respond within 2 seconds then Kite trade will record it as timeout.
Same issue is happening for us as well, yesterday our customers placed few orders and we didnt receive post back. We tried our self today and issue persists. Orders we have placed today (06-Jan-2022) are 220106401891060 (YESBANK) , 220106201799633 (STOVEKRAFT) Our APP ID starts with zzo9... Please help.
@sujith we tested postback to our server and resp came back with in 700 ms. I can send our App ID if you can confirm timeout issue or exact reason for not receiving postback? Please advice.
