Historical Trades - Can it be fetched in api?

kite.trades() returns trades executed during the day.
Is it possible to get historical trades, orders, margins and financial ledger account statement through API?
Currently I have to download it manually from console in xlsx format.

No, historical trades/orders are not available through api.

Kite Connect is offers only trading platform capabilities. Tradebook, ledger, are part of backoffice.
Kite Connect doesn't offer backoffice capabilities yet.
