Is the problem in the Java API of Kite?

Today evening I paid for Historical data access.

If the error is in my code, let me know.
If not, please note ... I am paying for Java API, please show Java documents, unlike my previous queries where non-Java related bulk set of likes were sent.


If any other forum member has experienced similar issue, please answer solution.
