RATE STUCK MCX IN API, WORKING IN KITE

Rates are stuck since 5:00:00 and sad part is it is working in the kite app itself, and not in api, please fix, a single tick came on 5:50:52

every now and then there is a problem

. If the issue is raised and resolved, who pays for the loss.? or it it's normal to have losses because of such issues? there are no email alerts for us to be alert, if there are technical issues.
