Other values are changing in quote function response, LTP, volume and bid, but OHLC doesn't seem reliable.

You need to look for an average_price field of the order response.

There will be one entry of a tradingsymbol traded at an exchange in a day. Even if you have traded multiple times in a day, there will be only one entry.
