You seem to be passing invalid tradingsymbol. You can check out correct tradingsymbol here.

You need to send the instrument token and not the trading symbol.

I don't think this is a valid tradingsymbol. You can look for correct tradingsymbol here.

The quote API expects a user to send a valid tradingsymbol and exchange or instrument token.

The volume in the Kite Ticker means the number of shares traded till that tick from the market opening. It is not the number of lots.

You need an instrument token to fetch live market data of any instrument.
