Getting 'Incorrect API Key or Access Key' exception when using Historical API

I have subscribed to Historical API but still facing this exception when trying to access Historical data. Other API such as get instruments is working fine. Please Help.

I have pasted screenshot of my code. Line 43 executes without any error but Line 44 fails.

When did you subscribe for historical data? Did you create a new access token post subscribing for it?
