Hi, From 23rd of Oct 2023, we’re experiencing delays in historical data APIs. Previously it was giving response in few milliseconds but now it is taking up to 2 seconds. This is happening specially between 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM. We’re calling the historical data API and we’re requesting one minute candle. We’re making the request after 2-3 seconds have passed after the minute candle has formed. We’ve taken some screenshots as well, sharing those here for your reference. Please check this delay issue and report us if there are any changes from your side as this is affecting our execution.
@MAG Yup. I don't use websockets bc I don't need data in real-time. My system only requires candles even with a lag upto a few mins and I've tested it thoroughly and has been working well the last year. But since last month there is lag of several minutes before the latest min candles are available. If nothing, would expect some level consistent behaviour from the API's so that systems can be built predictably.
Any update on the above issue? Please let us know if you've any turnaround.
