i m passing kite.quote(self, "NSE", "BIOCON")
but it is returning empty dictionary ? what does this function exactly mean?

Input to kite.quote should be in format [Exchange:Tradingsymbol] eg: ["NSE:BIOCON"] , kite.quote("NSE:BIOCON").
