App is in pending state

Hello,
I created the publisher app but still it is in pending state. Also there is confusion as below:
When I go to https://kite.trade/docs/connect/v3/basket/ and click https://kite.trade/#publisher (assuming it will take me to latest API) it takes me to https://developers.kite.trade/apps and shows below message:
"The current set of APIs are being phased out. Please make sure you migrate to Kite Connect 3.0 APIs at the earliest. Read more."
UPon clicking read more, it takes me to https://kite.trade/forum/discussion/2998/upgrade-to-kite-connect-3-0 where there is no information found about Kite Publisher.

What I am trying to do:
I am creating a .NET WPF application that will allow user to click the button. This button takes user to Zerodha and opens the trading page with filled values with the order. I do not see any documentation or sample about publisher app. Even if it is there, it seems to be old. So I am in deadlock stage where I don't know how to proceed.

Please help urgently.

@abokade Due to some issues in our developer console your app went to pending state. It's been activated now.

Hi,
Even I am getting the same issue. When I create a publisher App, it says 'Internal Server Error' and app goes into Pending state.
Are the issues still not fixed. Can you please check the same.
