Like lot of other requests, this is quite valid , but its useless to request them. We API developers are used like lab rats to test their APIs and help them to stabilize it. And above all we spend our money for this as well !

thanks @sujith .. I am subscribed to full Mode and then scenario-2 happens LTP doesnt change-> TV changes-> LTQ doesnt change... To me this is bug if your previous premise holds true
